2nd rotation on the 2nd year of the ECP: Responsible for all packaging-related initiatives for LPM-Europe division, reporting to Operations. Location: Netherlands My role consists in coordinating and leading projects that aim at reducing the complexity of our packaging set-up and deliver our products in perfect conditions to our customers. The scope of the role includes our European network of 5 production sites and 8 distribution centers.

2nd year of the ECP as part of the European Central Transport and Packaging team. Location: Netherlands, travelling weekly to Soignies, Belgium. Responsible for projects to standardize the packaging materials between our production sites in Schwelm (Germany) & Soignies (Belgium).

1st year of the Early Careers Program at Avery Dennison as part of the Distribution Center Network (DCN). Location: Luxembourg My role consisted in supporting the operations in the DCN of Avery Dennison in Europe, which counts with 8 locations in 8 different countries.

Delivered more than 40 hours of training to other BEST members in: persuasion, negotiation, teambuilding, effective communication, feedback, situational leadership, public speaking and presentation skills.

Non-profit student organisation volunteer: Involved in the development of projects by taking part in the organization and participation in local and international events, such as engineering competitions (EBEC), job fairs (FiBEST, BCD), cultural exchanges and courses on technology.

Leader of BCD Team to organiser the international career fair that brought together 200 participants from all over Europe with companies and universities, on the 1st of April 2016 in Brussels, Belgium. Responsibilities: -Overview the whole project -Manage BCD Team (Logistics, PR, Participants, IT/Website, Fundraising responsibles) -Report towards the whole organization regarding BCD project situation -Link between BCD Team and other BEST bodies, mainly the Board and the department coordinators

In charge of improving the quality of the BEST Career Support system provided to our partners and students of technology. Job fairs and tools such as our CV database, Career Newsletter, BEST website and Social Media, are some of the features BEST uses to reach the technical students from 95 Universities in Europe and help them attain career development and access career opportunities.

Leading a group of 40 students to successfully follow our yearly plan and learning soft skills, as leadership, time management, conflict solving, strategic planning, decision making, and communication skills. - Representation of Valladolid BEST Local Group at local, national and international level, towards companies and official bodies. - Implementation and coordination of the planned activities of the association according to our annual plan. - Economic and administrative management functions.

Support in the coordination for the launching activities of the VW48x Passat B8 IPProject: -Between different departments in the plant following the Faurecia standards and the PMS (Program Management System) to achieve the milestones of the project -Layout definition and optimization for the new VW48x Passat B8 IP production line. -Work Content definition and optimization, and Shop stock calculation for the new VW48x Passat B8 IP production line. -Lean management.

Thesis: "Lean Training Methods: Optimization and innovation of training methods to be implemented at a Lean training centre" Thesis carried out as part of the Erasmus + student exchange programme, with the support of the company Fadeno Oy.

Thesis focused in Lean training methods developed during exchange semester in Finland.
