Being as Data Analyst in Ekistics Property Advisors LLP I perform Statistical Analysis, EDA on Real Estate market. In addition to that I build data automation, Data Preprocessing and Machine Learning models (ML for classify real estate object for purposes of new investments, ML prediction modules to predict price changes in different market of real estate). Web Scraping almost daily routine in this position. Data visualization & Reporting by Python and Power BI is the funniest part of this role.

Gemius opened me the wide gate of Data analyst space. I am responsible for Online data analysis, evaluate specific metrics & KPI's for Ad campaigns. My insights let our clients to make decisions on increase ROI from Ad campaigns, based on A/B testing performed by me to make decisions on changes of Web Designs. Intensive technical supporting and communication with the biggest members of digital market let me to shape my perception to business needs, Big data and insightful data analysis.
