Research on the Swiss real estate market, developing and maintaining models: hedonic valuation models (enriched with GIS data) for single houses, apartments and rents, project management of the model extension, forecasts of construction sector time series and of the financing mortgage reference rate, cooperation and support of (credit) risk units within the bank, cooperation for the ZKB semi-annual publication ‘Immobilien Aktuell’

Assisting with all matters relating to the coverage of a broad range of Swiss corporate clients as well as the origination and execution of corporate finance transactions for such clients

Assisting the senior economist, market analyses on currencies and interest rates, answering client queries, applied research

- teaching basic micro- and macroecnomics to bachelor-level students - supervising and preparing of 100-150 students in each semester to the exam

- assisting at the chair of statistics and economic research - tasks: research, data preparation and recording, illustrations and graphics
