Responsible for planning (Impact), steering (sales program, discount budgets) and reporting (monthly report) of MBC-business unit data, calculation and contribution to renewal of dealer margin, valuation of fleet business and high margin deals, joint responsibility for implementation/parameterizing of DAG-systems (e.g. CoFiCo, Impact)

Creation of Microsoft Navision specification book including all interfaces to MB-Austria and Daimler AG, project manager from the financial side and link between MB contract partner, consultants and MBÖ, establishment of revenue and contribution margin analyses, benchmarking between workshops and dealer organization, organization of workshops for users and admins

Rollout of commercial vehicles car configurator, further development of wholesale and retail systems, train the trainer workshops, first level support for sales staff, dispatchers and sales managers, project management experience and coordiation of all stages of distribution in terms of several system rollouts and pilot projects.
