Using MySQL/python designed and implemented a protein biomarker database dbDEPC, which help scientists for cancer proteomics research (http://lifecenter.sgst.cn/dbdepc/index.do, software copyright: 2013SR008393). Research in the specificity of signaling transduction network in different tissues and cell types. Developed an online tool to calculate the concentration correlation of genes on mRNA and protein levels using R/ JSP.

Logistic regression model to identify the significant metabolites in schizophrenic patients vs. controls. Established a network approach to apply for finding path between molecular in diseases.
