Heading and developing a group of controllers. Supporting our international production sites through data transparency and representation of the operations in regards to their financial needs. Global investment, project, maintenance and production cost planning and controlling. Economic project evaluation and support of the continuous improvement process (CIP).

Expatriate in Shanghai. Developing and leading a group of process engineers for our operations in the greater China region. Group capabilities in data management (DCS/PIMS), production management (Six Sigma, quality systems), environmental/fluid/solid/reaction processes, control strategies.

Expatriate in Beijing, China. Part of the department "Process Technology China". Project Manager Plant Support for several plants across China.
