Configured and tested CPEs to support Video services Project: Technical Support to SLA and premium customers - Tier I, II, and III technical support to troubleshoot, and resolve Internet, video services in a large scale L2/L3 WAN network Project: Deploying NOC services in the ISP network

Thesis: Deployment of network services as a Proof of Concept using SDN, Vmware, and OpenStack technology. SDN provides flexibility to customers and can be implemented in IoT, Cloud Computing, Data Centers and Carrier Networks.
