Part of the Global Project Management team in OneR12 Project which aims to implement Oracle in 40 Financial countries and another 24 HR Countries around the globe. required skills in the project are project management, Risk and Issue Management, Conflict management and KPIs analysis. Also, involves a lot of traveling between Germany and the UK.

 Develop a detailed plan (Cutover) to direct the countries to implement SAP Globally in more than 120 countries.  Establish a communication channel with global and regional management to mitigate risks and design better business solutions.  Prepare the global team for the hypercare support and delegate tasks accordingly.  Lead the SAP training program from finance perspective (The program hosted 150 trainers from more than 45 countries around the world).

+ Identify and track potential project risks and ensure to apply relevant solution(s). + Prepare detailed overview to top management. + Ensure to collect management approval on all required resources in advance. + Enrolled in the System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression testing and cutover phrase. + Structure complex functional tasks required for NFE countries into one plan (Master Plan).

+ Preparing the MBA master thesis (Title: Evaluating pricing strategy in MNC segment, based on the price and the cost-of-production theories - Case study on DHL Global Forwarding). + Support Sales team in various tasks (such as: Budgeting, White Spot Analysis (WSA) - Net Revenue and Opportunities review for top MNC and CSI customers).

+Gather, analyze and control data for the project. +Compile and distribute dashboards and reports. +User acceptance testing (SAP). +Build and structure presentations for various topics. +Structure complex functional tasks into CRM manual. +Data analysis for sales effectiveness rollouts. +Working a cross functional, international team. +Analysis of factors influencing market price.
