We are looking for
Key Account Director (f/m/d) - JobID 22417

You will be an experienced Key Account Manager with, at least, 3-5 years of experience operating in the Health Care and Life Sciences environment.

Provide general account management expertise to ensure services are delivered consistent with the agreed scope of services, outcomes, and service level expectations. Management services to include sourcing, supervising, evaluat-ing current service delivery methods, collaboration, and coordination across Suppliers, and submitting enhancement opportunities, to improve quality, end user satisfaction, cost performance, and SWOT analysis to incorporate asset conditions, fiscal constraints, industry trends, new business requirements and anticipated changes within the portfolio business.

Major Responsibilities

Provide financial management of all facility income, operating and capital expense in accordance with client and Apleona Group accounting policies. Create budgets, forecast, and process to control and track expenses and report against budget, forecast, or other targets.

Financial reporting to be provided in the format, timing and detail required by Apleona Group and Client.

Expected outcomes & Key Activities:

  • Develop an EMEA Account strategy as well as program level strategies to achieve the stated revenue and margin goals
  • Maintain, identify and grow key customer relationships, particularly at the most senior operational levels
  • Work across a variety of markets to understand, develop and implement solutions
  • Work with operations management to identify customer opportunities for process improvement, consulting solutions, strategy and growth
  • Financial management of the contract to ensure that budgets and forecasts are achieved
  • Foster cooperation, communication and teamwork within Account teams
  • Prepare and perfom quarterly business reviews with Key Internal and External contacts

Outcomes client oriented:

  • Executive Sponsor Apleona and Client Executive connections in place on a regular basis.
  • Client strategic and short-term goals are understood, interpreted, and cascaded through the account organi-zation and Subcontractors.
  • Site, regional and global execution is in alignment with the overall program objectives, delivery framework and SOW.
  • All activities, initiatives, programs, and projects are coordinated and standardized at an account level and coordinated across Suppliers.
  • Work included in the SOW is executed consistently and effectively at an account-wide level to maximize Health & Safety standards as well as Quality and Compliance
  • Operations run smoothly and reliably without limitation because the services, assets, scope, and functions covered are always available, functional, optimized and any limitation is managed adequately
  • Effective change management including verification of sustained change is deployed across all activities that involve change.
  • Adequate levels of skills, experience, talent and succession planning are in place to meet current and future requirements. Hiring process is fully aligned to Apleona Group and Client policies and diversity and inclusion requirements.
  • All data and reporting are consistent across the account and in line with client requirements. Reporting al-lows Executive Management visibility for the aligned business strategy.
  • RACIs are developed and kept current within and in accordance with the related SOPs, and issues commu-nicated in accordance with the RACI to all stakeholders.
  • Appropriate polices, SOPs, and both Client and Supplier’s trainings are deployed to ensure consistent and quality delivery of services across the managed portfolio.
  • Audits performed on each aspect of service delivery (i.e., adherence to SOPs, EHS compliance, quality, costs etc.) and findings are to proactively drive continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
  • Services are delivered in line with approved budgets with robust and consistent financial planning, reporting provided and available for audit.
  • Delivery frameworks are continually evaluated for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Regularly scheduled business performance meetings held in accordance with the governance structure de-liver clear transparent and actionable insights regarding the FM Program

Education & Competencies

  • You hold a relevant academic degree – will be technically qualified (M&E) haven a proven track record in Health Care
  • Life Sience industry, heavy industry background operating in a highly regulated environment (Oil & Gas, Nuclear, others)
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical delivery for client satisfaction
  • Experienced client relationship manager
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong financial skills
  • Ability to manage conflict and crisis situations effectively
  • Provide leadership, and ensuring the planned development of a portfolio of contracts to ensure that contractual commitments are met and ex-ceeded
  • Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of contracts are explored to deliver increased turnover and profitability
  • Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated, and implemented within contracts
  • To succeed in this role, we also expect you to be a true problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple functional areas
