Sales & Marketing Assistant – 100 % (m/f/d)

To strengthen our dedicated team, we are seeking to fill the following position immediately or by agreement:

Your Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders up to invoicing, including export shipments
• Telephone customer service and consultation
• Monitoring inventory and reporting needs to production planning
• Preparing quotations and following up on offers
• Administrative processing of visit reports and maintaining the CRM system
• Conducting cold acquisition activities, particularly via telephone
• Supporting marketing and sales organization activities
• Managing social media presence and organizing trade fair participation
• Actively contributing to continuous improvement processes

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training with experience in order processing and customer service (preferably in a manufacturing company)
• Good user knowledge of MS Office and ERP software (e.g., Navision, SharePoint)
• Experience in marketing and sales organization
• Professional communication in English, French is an advantage
• Technical affinity and holistic thinking
• High level of reliability, precise working methods, and initiative
• Quick comprehension, flexibility, and resilience
• Team-oriented, motivated, and responsible personality
