15 Academic research assistants (m/f/x)
The Graduate School for Microbiome-modulating Therapies TALENTS ("Training ALliancE for Novel Microbiome-Modulating TherapieS”) offers an international doctoral program of Saarland University, sponsored by the Marie Skłodowska-Curie COFUND-Action of the European Commission.
TALENTS is seeking 15 Ph.D. student positions (m/f/x) in the disciplines of pharmacy, chemistry, biological sciences, medical sciences, and bioinformatics.
TALENTS' overarching aim of the work is to investigate and exploit the human microbiota to fight diseases.
The graduate school is located at Saarland University with a European Flair, near France and Luxemburg.
Note: not all posts will deal with animal-free methods (New Approach Methodologies, NAMs). However, posts.
No. 1, 12, and 13 deal with in vitro approaches.
The Ph.D. positions are differentiated into three project clusters:
Project Cluster 1: Microbiota and Natural Products
6 Ph.D. positions
Project Cluster 2: Pathoblockers as Novel Anti-infectives
4 Ph.D. positions
Project Cluster 3: Drug Delivery and Biological Barriers
