• Troubleshooting and providing support of Cisco IPT for various clients. • Troubleshoot and resolve LAN Configuring & managing of Cisco Unity and Unity Connection. • Monitoring network with the use of Cisco RTMT monitoring tool. • Monitoring the devices connected on-site and connectivity of the site. • Configuration of Voice Interfaces: FXS, FXO, ISDN E1/T1. • Monitoring and updating of tool tickets for gateway and device reachability. • Monitoring and troubleshooting of H.323 Gateway signaling protocol.

-Configuration of Cisco IP phone & IP Communicator for various models. -Configuration of user features such as speed dial, call forwarding & transfer. -Configuration & Troubleshooting of Extension mobility for different device models. -Troubleshooting of IP Phone registration issues for various models. -Troubleshooting of Incoming and outgoing calls with Cisco jabber soft phones. -Management of Voice mail users like voice mail creation updates the passwords.
