• carrying out pre interviews with potential candidates; • participation in clients briefings and calls for analysis of job profiles and clients needs; • contacting potential candidates, presenting job offers, taking care of the relationship with the candidate from the first contact; • designing landing pages with job descriptions; • preparation of promotion texts, advertisements and messages to candidates; • development of marketing / EB strategy and activities; • onboarding of new team members;

• selection & evaluation of suitable candidates in accordance with clients' requirements; • active sourcing/research & identification of matching specialists on external platforms, in social media, in internal databases(LinkedIn, Xing, GitHub, Boolean Search etc.) using variable tools; • expansion of our internal talent & companies pool with the help of various platform; • analysing markets needs incl. market research/mapping;
