- Lead Finance negotiator for the divestment of Opel subsidiaries in European markets to private importers, as part of Opel’s PACE! Restructuring Plan. Disposed subsidiaries include 10 Opel legal entities including and not limited to Opel DK, SE, CH, NO, FI, generating +35% Y-o-Y aggregate net profit, with a total revenue of 1.3€ Bn in 2020. - Setting up core Finance processes centrally for "the day after" closing, including reporting, IT, pricing and accounting modules.

Reviewing & approving pricing business case submissions by Opel subsidiaries in Spain & Portugal, ensuring Revenue Optimization & healthy product up-selling through price, profit, content, mix & performance analysis vs competition.

Driving price performance optimization vs challenges such as FX, competition & market dynamics to ensure proft targets are met, in addition to developing monthly ‘Pricing Package’ report including price ladders & comparably equipped analysis and preparing budget & monthly forecast from Revenue POV.

- Managing FX risk/exposure, revenue investment & bank relationship. - Cash Management & Reporting. - Purchasing FX requirements through spot deals & issue LCs, LGs, SLBCs and other trade finance tools. - Accounting – Transaction entries, month-end closing & bank reconciliation.
