In my current position I am privileged to help out our customers, to help them out in their issues, focus on satisfying their needs. My daily work consist of registering orders, communicate effectively with the customers and colleagues and focus on customer needs via emails.

As a summer jobber at firm Meiko Maschinenbau I had the opportunity to assemble professional cleaning and disinfection machines (for use as care in nursing homes, hospitals, etc.) which helped me to develop my team work skills. Through the precise inspection of the machines I could develop my critical thinking, taking advice and help from my co-workers.

As a summer jobber I had the opportunity to produce installation of shower heads in team work (island format), which helped me to improve how to motivate my co-workers to increase productivity. What more through packing according to the norm (individual) improved my time management.

In this 9 month I managed to discover how to be more productive in a team works as an individual, learned new learning strategies, how to cope with stressful situation. The main objective of this work was producing electromotors in line working, where you had to communicate with your co-workers to be able to increase the productivity and used my Microsoft Office skills to describe the team productivity during the day.

In this short period of time I had the opportunity to try myself in a totally different area, where I had to repair broken machine pieces and help engineers.

During this period of two years I developed my German language skills and learned new learnings strategies, how to form the new workforce, work in team and had chance for schooling. Producing newspaper, repairing the machines helped me to develop my critical thinking, communicate effectively and take over responsibilities. Training the new workforce helped me to be more extrovert, be more emphatic and helpful with other.

During this short period of time I had the opportunity to develop my communications skills, develop my sense of responsibility and be more open-minded. Also helped customer through the store finding the wanted groceries , sorting the items and managing cleaning.

We learn and develop ourselves on topics like: - Advanced organizational psychology - Managerial decision - Personnel Psychology - Entrepreneurial psychology

As an Erasmus+ student, this 5 months period taught me acceptance and open-mindedness and how to communicate effectively, be more implicated in projects.
