I created and managed a team who were responsible for providing clients with tailor-made consultancy solutions in parallel with the MSP division of Project People. This could include anything from helping a small start-up company grow their team and develop in to an established medium size business, to delivering on medium volume recruitment requirements in to Enterprise size businesses.

A dynamic and results driven Senior Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager, with broad leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as a team player. Responsible for managing existing RPO clients and generating new business across a selection of industry’s within Europe. Providing account & client management and full recruitment life cycle across permanent and contract positions.

3 UK and T-Mobile (UK) signed an agreement to combine their 3G access networks in a collaboration that led to almost complete coverage for 3G services across Britain, they called this project Godiva. The joint venture has joined around 13,000 masts across the whole of the UK. Project People setup a Drive Test project which was aimed at providing Ericsson UK with data to confirm that reparented masts are functioning correctly. I, with one other colleague, was responsible for the managing of this project.

Worked alongside Account Managers to provide support in sourcing candidates for a wide range of Telecoms related roles. Developed a strong working relationships with candidates through regular communication and an understanding of their skill sets.

Harris Interactive is a world leading marketing research company with a commitment to both traditional and Internet-based market research, in conjunction with its global network, it conducts strategic research in multiple localized languages around the world, offering solutions to corporations, education, healthcare and non-profit organisations. My role was is responsible for the management, production and coordination of market research collective data tools.
