Responsibilities: Domestic CMS code improvement. Code review & refactoring. DB structure design. Main Achievements: Developed Billing System for a pay-as-you-go service. Implemented credit card distributed multi-step transactions with possible transaction rollback. File upload module with progress-bar feature (through CLI SAPI-proxy level, smoothly implemented to all the websites in development). Selenium test covering grew from 10% up to 60%. Number of web-sites developed and deployed.

Managed team of 9 professionals: back-end & front-end developers, analysts, UI/UX designers. Planned workload, controlled motivation and burning out. Iterated with Project Managers, Devops, and Q&A Team. Did code review and delegated pair code reviews. Controlled and kept documentation up to date. Took system architect responsibilities.

Projects: As a project leader developed housing grants management system. Implemented large-size DB with highly confidential information.

Projects: Developed Flash-based video-chat (up to 20 persons, different roles: admin, moderators, clients, visitors). Developed ActionScript class (pattern “decorator”) for graphic smiles representations in DynamicText area (FlashPlayer 7+). Embedded the Chat into a Windows App (Delphi, embedded Flash objects, WinAPI, etc.).
