Cedo is a multinational household goods manufacturer and a European market leader in its sector, with turnover now in the region of £350m. Production facilities are in Poland, UK, Vietnam and the Netherlands; sales offices in UK, Germany, France, Poland, and Russia. The group is employing over 2100 staff worldwide.

Manuli Rubber Industries is a family-owned integrated manufacturer of hydraulic hoses, fittings, and assemblies (Manuli Hydraulics) and a provider of associated services (Fluiconnecto), of combined turnover of more than €300m. The operation in Suzhou, China comprises of a manufacturing plant, an assembly unit and a service unit, turns over ca €70m pa. and employs over 400 staff.

Delton AG is an investment holding (belonging to family Quandt, controlling shareholders of BMW), based in Bad Homburg, Germany. Delton AG comprises of a mid-tier logistics group (LOGWIN AG) and a pharmaceutical manufacturing group (HEEL AG) with combined turnover of ca. €1.2 billion at the time. Delton AG had owned CeDo Group between 2001 and 2009.

Following an internal career progression in Cedo Group in number of locations internationally, appointed Group CFO in May 2008.

Responsible for Finance and IT in the sales and manufacturing operation in UK, largest subsidiary in the Group (€90m turnover at the time). Managing 9 staff in UK, since June 2007 also in charge of Finance in China (10 staff)

Running the Finance function of the German market (€60m turnover at the time, 4 staff), in a matrix responsibility covering Group Accounting consisting of consolidation and annual audit, forecasting, budgeting and group transfer pricing.
