- Provide operational HR support to site in Aachen / Germany covering 250+ employees - Drive HR initiatives and further develop HR tools and processes - Drive transformational change as part of organization development projects - Anticipate future HR needs of the company within the scope of responsibility - Partner with Local Management, Function Heads and Local Works Council
