WEBSAYS is a tool that monitors the online conversation about anything you can think of. I manage the analysts team (7 analysts), since recruitment to work organization. I am also responsible of the Customer Service management, incidences solving and communication with engineering department. I do the training to customers to use the tool. I participate at brainstorming for development meetings and innovation ideas with Direction. I helped implement a lot of improvements to the tool.

Mi job consists of tagging, analyzing and categorize the data to improve the quality of the quantitative and qualitative reports. I also am involved in the Social Networks management, publishing and planning content on the corporate channels.

DESIG is a company of touristic apartments in Spain and Paris. I was involved in the creation of new destinationa, reaching 80 new suppliers by myself. I produced 3 articles daily in several languages for the corporate blog. Tasks: Customer service, bookings management, research of new owners, translations for the corporate blog.

I was an assistant for the men area, supervising the good presentation of the products, the merchandising and the bundles of the offers and campaigns.
