    WEBSAYS is a tool that monitors the online conversation about anything you can think of. I manage the analysts team (7 analysts), since recruitment to work organization. I am also responsible of the Customer Service management, incidences solving and communication with engineering department. I do the training to customers to use the tool. I participate at brainstorming for development meetings and innovation ideas with Direction. I helped implement a lot of improvements to the tool.
