Responsible for national partnerships development. - Management of sales and account management with national partners; - Ensure prospection and new sales according to national strategy; - Product development and portfolio management.

Responsible for the strategic direction of the organization at local level. Responsible the executive board of 5 people, who collectively are managing 30 people and responsible for external representation of the local office. Main focus is selling AIESEC internships and manage events with companies and students.

Challenge Up! is an event designed for entrepreneurship and leadership development for university students. Responsibilities: • Manage the head organizational committee • Plan and prepare list of logistics for the event • Communications with partnered companies of the event. Over 100 participants achieved.

The Leadership Tournament is the major national University Tournament Leadership. My role: -Tracks and evaluates team's activity and progress on a weekly basis. -Plan and implement the promotional campaigns. -Ensure online application is being promoted. -Prepare list of logistics for the campaign and ensure that everything is ready during the campaign and for the induction. - Ensure everything is presented during the physical promotion and induction.

Activities: Constant assistance for outgoing volunteers; Seeking for volunteers in social, cultural and voluntary experiences abroad through AIESEC Global Citizen program; Promoting experiences and seeking costumers in order to increase our number of volunteers.

I had to lead workshops about issues like Social Responsibility, Environment, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Social Equality, Humans Right and Multiculturalism. All the time I had to be creative, super proactive and ready to adapt myself to different type of public (kids aged between 4-15 years old).I manage to blossom my strengths like cultural sensitivity and an ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce in multicultural settings.
