Course Title: English training for classroom assistants The course was targeted at teaching assistants. The aims of the course were to aid teaching assistants develop their ability to: give and ask for personal information, understand instructions given by the principal teacher, and understand general classroom language

The course was developed to help store workers communicate in English, as they receive a lot of foreign clients and often struggled with introducing themselves, agreeing, or making suggestions to clients. The course aimed to give the students the language skills required to start a conversation in English, and carry out certain communicative functions such as, giving and asking for personal information, offering customer services.

Course Title: After school programme I participated in the creation of this after school programme, which focussed on oral communication, and was taught to high school students aged between seventeen and eighteen years old. In order to improve their oral abilities, we designed a programme which utilised speaking activities such as role plays, impromptu interactions, and games.
