The systems used includes 4 different ERPs (Oracle JD Edwards 9.1, 9.0, 9.2) and multiple bolt-on tools supporting various financial, legal and reporting requirements. • Support and Implement the enhancement projects mandated by the legislative changes in various countries. Responsible for day to day application maintenance. • Implementation and roll out of QTC suite of applications in various European and Asian countries.

•Develop business architecture using requirements such as scope, processes, alternative & risks. • Analyze client’s business requirement and processes through document analysis, workshops & workflow Analysis. •Communicate client’s business requirement by constructing easy to understand data and process models. •Provide input into developing and modifying system to meet the client needs and develop business specification to support the modification.

• Played a key role in rolling out the JD Edwards from Corporate Division to various Divisions/branches located across the Brazil region. • Played an active role in running the interfaces with other systems. • Setting up of Address book records, Companies, Business units, creation of Chart of Accounts and setting up of AAI’s. • Preparation of End User documents for AP AR & GA modules and various other customized programs.

• Involved in handling a team of seven. At present acting as a SPOC for my team in the absence of Team Leader. • Functioning as analyst for International Interconnect Team. Reconciliation of Customer invoices and Statements, reconciliation of Client data with Customer data. • Involved in delivery of reports for teams. • Ensuring the team deliverables.
