- Welcoming of the guests - Taking of orders, conseilor for the guests - Service of food and beverage - Setting up of the restaurant - Coaching and teaching the job to trainees - Opening and closing - Writting of the menus, translating them into German and into English - Responsible for events (Politics debates filmed and registred at the restaurant one Sunday per month)

- Guest relations (in German, English and French) and welcoming customers - Responsible for the Chinese Restaurant - Responsible for 15 trainees - Supervision of the buffets, the tables and the equipment for every working station - Help in service if needed - Managing complaints and demands from customers - Co-responsible for the main restaurant with the Captain and the Maître d'hôtel - Organizing both restaurants before and after each service.
