The Plant Manager Assignment Program (PAP) is a developmental program for Manufacturing professionals with potential for a Plant Manager role in the next step as well as strong motivation and career aspirations. It consists of a 12-18 month's delegation where i completed a job assignment in another plant in a foreign country. The job assignment consisted of challenging project work for plant-relevant topics as well as job shadowing with the Plant Manager.

P&L-Responsible for Customer Service for all products manufactured in the Large Drives factory in Ruhstorf - Germany. Activities of Ruhstorf Factory Service Center: - Global Lead repair center for explosion proof motors - Business Development activities with focus on DACH countries - Commissioning and After Sales activities for LV and MV motors as well as LV drives - Offers for Retrofit products and systems, spare parts, field services and repairs for motors and drives - Managing a team of 58 employee

technical after-sales management for HV & LV motors (especially ex-proof) incl. claim- and lifecycle management. regional responsibility for Asia, Australia and parts of Europe

testing and verifying driver assistance systems - in particular ACC Stop&Go, TLC, HC2 and PMA
