- Hosting of core banking application Globus T24 and Online Banking Portal IBIP for the Credit Suisse Private Bank in London. - Responsible for the 7*24 production support of all production systems, end of day batch jobs and monitoring of interfaces and file transfers.

- IT Service Desk Manager and deputy of team head for IT Service Desk in Switzerland. - Manage a team of service desk agents to support all Credit Suisse Employees in Switzerland in all matters of IT. - Manage major incidents and lead communication with all business areas.
