- Project and team leader with overall responsibility for the implementation of a PQMS/MES control system for 84 silicon cutting machines for the largest Chinese customer of Meyer Burger AG. - Successful planning and implementation of the project in China, with final customer approval. - Heading a SW development team in Switzerland, using Scrum, and managing a local team in China at the customer’s site. - Stakeholder management during different visits in China.
