Responsible for looking after a money transfer branch. Processing incoming and outgoing money transfers, understanding international banking requirements, resolving transaction issues in accordance to compliance and liaising with back office across the company, cash handling, cash control procedures, interpersonal communication, face-to-face customer assistance, general admin duties, working independently and as part of a wider international network.

Stock control, stock recovery and replenishing, dealing with general customer enquiries.

Managing insurance quotes for potential new customers and current customers. Settling and negotiating insurance related issues. Working as part of a team to ensure optimal conditions for both customer and company. Handling customer queries and general admin duties.
