Advanced Micro Devices GmbHCrafted a concept that transformed the BU's product-centric business to a solutions-oriented approach, which focused on customers in key vertical markets and application use cases as a strategy to challenge the dominant market leader. Managed a global team of 4 Product and Regional Marketing Managers driving the vertical GTM strategy & execution plan for AMD’s workstation GPUs. Also provided Sales-In/-Out support for Tier-1 channel and ISVs, as well as OEMs.
Created a marketing framework within 2 months for Nvidia's line of workstation graphics cards to support a new EMEA strategy that was to designed to expand their consumer-centric marketing into potential B2B customers. Worked closely with the regional teams to prepare activities and campaigns. Drove awareness and demand within the partner eco-system.
Re-positioned the company’s product strategy, moving to Tri-media (Radio, TV, Internet) from Mono-media (Radio). This renewed customer interest and increased the company's client base. Monetized HD upgrade business opportunity by aligning management & development resources with Sales opportunity. This yielded in revenue increase in 2009, a time of economic uncertainty. Built a new 3-member Product Management team within one quarter, while creating a formal roadmap and strategic vision for the company.

Altered the existing Single-Segment Sales & Marketing Strategy by successfully challenging the Senior Executive Team's status quo, which solved the problem of newly developed product features not being amortized. Implemented new market segmentation approach to position Radeon in segments outside of gaming, growing business with Video & Office use cases. Created Campaign Assets & Sales Tools to enable new Multi-Segmentation Strategy, winning new OEM & SI opportunities with high-volume, non-gaming SKUs.

Managed the life cycle and P&L of a mature high-margin product while SGI transformed their visualization business. Maintained Sales targets without production issues while updating the host system first and the graphics subsystem later, ultimately enabling the company to finance and launch two next-generation products.
