I operate dual roles as a Market Risk IT and an Enterprise Business Analyst, with oversight of the analysis of intricate cross-functional requirements and developing creative solutions to complex business issues. Led delivery of logical data model for FRTB's standard approach (SA) and internal models approach (IMA) such as Risk-theoretical PL, Expected Shortfall and Stress Expected Shortfall to meet Basel III regulations.

My position required the delivery of trade reporting initiatives to deadlines and ensuring compliance to allow HSBC GB&M to be more responsive to market opportunities and to strengthen governance. In my capacity as the Lead Business Analyst, I collaborated closely with the Front Office technology team and FpML architects to safeguard the provision of trade and post-trade data into internal XML standards and I introduced robust processes for change management.

Supported the delivery of a new MI Reporting Platform for Corporate Banking and Global Transaction Services which collated financial information into a single repository and analysis tool.

Supported new business initiatives and provided ongoing support to the existing P&L and sub ledger tools.
