Co-running the new Sales & Product department, which is responsible for product procurement, product ownership, product marketing and product sales. Directly reporting to me are the teams Campaigns & Cooperations, Owned Media, Paid Media, Print, Platform Management and Market Intelligence. In our case marketing includes things like catalogues, Out of Home, website, CRM, SEA, Social, E-mail, SEO, streaming advertising and affiliate marketing.

Responsible for all online and offline marketing, B2C and B2B. Managing a team of motivated experts, specialised in e.g. email marketing, catalogue production, web development, external cooperations and search engine advertising. One of my main responsibilities during this time was the reorganisation of the department, following from the new company strategy. Added bonus challenge: the corona pandemic.

My main responsibility is the long term development of the Nintendo website, including stakeholder interviews, user tests, data analysis, research, concepts, interactive wireframes, project evaluation and the guidance of design and development.

My responsibilities included managing a nine person team and organising translation and implementation of website content for eleven countries.

My responsibilities included translation of website content into Dutch, liaising with Nintendo Benelux and managing smaller website projects.
