Developed content for press conferences, town hall meetings, and webcasts. Lectured at universities on effective communication and presentation skills, public speaking, personal and professional branding, inter-cultural communication, crisis communication and business etiquette.

Developed and delivered Novartis leadership programs to support corporate and divisional objectives for Novartis worldwide. Trained and coached first level managers on strategies for improving their managerial and leadership skills. Designed and managed the daily editorial news flow for annual press conferences, quarterly results and annual meetings. Worked closely as core team member of the Novartis Emergency Management Organisation (NEM), and M&A projects to acquire Hexal and Eon Labs.

Built up Corporate Communications department and key contact for Swiss and international media.

Responsible for Corporate Identity and Corporate Design guidelines in Latin European markets. Created concepts and produced market customized communication instruments as well as classic media advertising. Coordinated crisis communication during airplane crash in Zurich in January 2000.

Managed projects for Corporate Communications mandates, main customer Novartis. Created first global personal documentation (welcome kit) for Novartis after the merger, designed user guides, quality manuals, internal newspapers and various print media. Coordinated press conferences, general assemblies and various events.

Coordinated public relations activities in the Alsatian supply area. Edited and translated articles from German into French for the consumer magazine „Electricité”. Supported creation and design of electricity museum for the 100 years anniversary.

Built up Swiss Delivery Information Department and led team of three people. Responsible for lost and damaged packages, and insurance claims. Co-ordination between worldwide Delivery Information Departments and headquarter in Atlanta, GA, United States.
