· Work closely with Senior Recruiters and with Hiring Managers. · Attract top talents across EMEA, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies. · Execute direct talent sourcing, screening and interviewing. · Lead ongoing candidate pipeline development and talent network expansion for all active requisitions. · Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding candidate’s data. · Suggest recruitment process improvements-always looking for ideas how to be better.

• Managing employee relations and resolving conflicts before the need for escalation. • Offering advice and solutions to CEO and clients based on industry best practice and European standards. • Using innovation and creativity to achieve positive outcomes on the spot for clients and the company through negotiations. • Arranging Training and Development workshops for the team and the multiple departments of the company.
