Lead, coach and follow-up Junior Recruiters on daily basis. My team's success was measured with monthly target levels of both quantitative (€) and qualitative (candidate experience) KPIs. Responsible of ensuring the right headcount to offer enough support for the Recruiters. As a process trainer I run, plan and develop trainings and materials in cooperation with group management.
