Responsibilities: Business Process Modelling; Business Process Re-engineering; Designing and documenting procedures to supporting company’s objectives. Result: Lean and standard business process models and supporting procedures documents and forms as the basis for company’s structure and management, ERP development and resource allocation.

Responsibilities: Capturing stakeholders’ requirements and developing a performance measurement system with a team in the project “Designing personnel’s performance measurement system using Balanced Score Card (BSC) for the Personnel of IKCO Company". Coordinator for multiple work-groups and responsible for website development in the project “quantifying Skills and Personal Characteristics of Bank of “Industry and Mine” personnel” Result: On time and successful delivery of the projects.

Result: Establishing the engineering department of the company and introducing first range of products for Sam Arian as a start-up company before relocating for continuing education in master degree.

Supervising documentation process. Result: On time and successful introduction of 12 new products for mass production with complete documentation, manuals and manufacturing fixtures.
