Leading a group of Engineers responsible for Vehicle End of Line test software - conception - development - validation - integration and - maintenance For stations in vehicle manufacturing: - Flashprogramming - Static testing - Wheelalignment stations (incl. Headlampaiming, Kamera and Radar alignment) - Dynamic Vehcile Test (Rollerbench) Regarding Project Management: - planning and coordination of the end of line area migration to PSA Standard tooling, software, processes and interfaces to IT.

• Lead of specialized engineers that develop, validate, implement and sustain end of line verification software • Integration of employees in global General Motors work share activities • Project Management for End of Line specific equipment (DVT, Head- / Foglamp aiming, TPMS, Diagnostic Programming and Test equipment, IT interfaces) • Europe and Russia vehicle assembly plant responsibility • Launchsupport, Issue resolution and production sustain • strategy and production planning

• Planning, development and plant integration of vehicle diagnostic tooling and peripherals • Patented invention of low cost mobile diagnostic interface (J-Link) • Active member of global General Motors End of Line Equipment team, that developed the first GM global diagnostic tool

• Project Management and coordination of external Turnkey supplier for End of Line specific equipment (DVT, Head- / Foglamp aiming, Cockpit Check Out, Diagnostic Programming and Test equipment, IT interfaces) for all General Motors European Compact Plants.

• Assembly process planning of wiper- and windscreen cleaning parts as well as different electrical components (Interior Lamps, ECUs…) • Equipment planer support for wash bottle filling equipment
