- Testing Desktop, web and mobile applications for a testing community platform. - Running exploratory tests, functional test, UI tests, regression tests. - Creating and resolving bug and improvement tickets.

- Review decisions made by content moderator agents, ensuring to calibrate them according to the policies of the client. - In charge of receive daily policy updates and inform all the floor by doing huddles, meetings, sending emails, trainings, etc. - Resolving policy doubts of the agents during the entire day. - Creating workflows and summaries for better understanding of the policies. - Creating action plans to improve the accuracy of each agent.

Monitoring and moderating user-generated content of a big social network according to its changing policies, to ensure that the online community is maintained as a safe and fun environment.

- Monitoring the open sections of the main restaurant. - Estimating wait times for guests, monitoring the guest waiting list, and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting. - Answering questions about what the hotel offers and the surrounding area. - Responsible of building a good rapport with all guests and quickly resolve any complaints/issues of the restaurant to maintain high quality customer service. - Dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, fax or face-to-face.
