• Acting as main point of contact for International Mobility matters within Sidel Group globally • Managing end-to-end mobility cases by coordinating the work of several cross-function and cross-country stakeholders (local HR teams, HRBPs, external suppliers, etc.) • Making sure that the employee handbooks and assignment policies are implemented and respected throughout the preparation and assignment period • Coordinating and supporting the annual salary review process on a global scale

• Taking part in the establishment of MBA's pharmaceutical division in Switzerland • Identifying and approaching potential clients, generation of new business via cold-calling and presentations • Matching candidates to clients job requirements, ensuring that the candidate is technically qualified for the role • Developing and maintaining relationships with both new and established clients • Negotiation of charge rates with clients, negotiation of pay rates with candidates

• Managing end to end recruitment projects focusing on the pharmaceutical industry • Specializing in the following areas: Production, Biotechnology, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Scientific & Engineering, Analytics, R&D • Identifying and approaching candidates by job advertisements, networking, headhunting, database search and through referrals • Performing business development activity by building relationship with existing clients and client acquisition

• Full management of the company’s self-financed, nationwide market research project and several smaller projects • Creating and continuously improving the projects’ method of operation • Preparation of the requisite background material and office coordination of the fieldwork • Day-to-day issue management, ensuring proper operation • Training of participants, creating and performing quality checks • Partner acquisition and contact maintenance • Controlling the company’s entire back-office opera
