Everyone likes to sound brilliant, and I am no different; however, in my case, I can get quite close to that (IQ137) but in real life intellect means nothing unless it can be applied so I have channeled my abilities into building high performing teams through their individual member development and external member recruitment. It's the logical application of common sense. Better teams are more effective and efficient. BUT there is no benefit to a company unless these teams can improve profitability. So, that is what we do. I learned and honed my skills within both Strategy (Touche Ross -now Deloittes) and various Talent Identification Consultancies and have led multi-location, multi-national and multi-cultural teams to achieve their personal, team and company goals through their own improved self-knowledge and team working. I specialise in startup mentoring and business advisory, diversity programme development, and bringing everyone into alignment with corporate vision and targets.
