- Ensuring lab cleanliness and safety. - Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished products, stability samples and packaging materials. - Working on withdrawal, storing and analyzing of stability samples. - Develop and qualify new testing methods. - Train other analysts to perform laboratory procedures and assays. - Participate in internal assessments and audits. - Receive and inspect raw materials.

- To ensure the GMP requirements are applied according to the standards. - Supporting compliance activities on site, working within the QA department. - Revision of primary batch records prior to their release. - Giving and approving line clearance in production rooms and to ensure their readiness for the following processing steps. - Inspection and auditing activities. - Documentation control.

- GMPs compliance on site. - Revision of primary, secondary and complete batch records. - Line clearance and releases in production and packaging rooms. - Inspection and auditing activities. - Working on deviation report, OOS investigation, CAPAs, documentation control, OOL reports. - SOPs creation and training of the operators. - Performing the required physical tests on different dosage forms, e.g. (hardness, thickness, disintegration time, leakage test, LOD %).

- Infrared analysis by means of FT-IR and ATR of lubricants and polymers. - Thermal analysis of polymers by means of DSC and TGA. - Elemental analysis by means of ICP-OES and XRF. - Gas Chromatographic analysis by means of GC-FID, GC-MS and pyrolysis-GC-MS. - Potintiometrictitration.
