Hi, I help leaders & teams to shift mindsets, learn, change and achieve higher performance and am passionate about my work. I am an executive coach, facilitator, trainer, rugby coach, parent & I love the responses and results I get. My work includes 1-to-1 & group coaching, medium & large group facilitation and development programmes. I work just as happily remotely as face to face generally with groups of 4-12 for management & leadership development.
