Member of the Company Leaderships, assigned to this new position as the result of Process Excellence Project. Responsible for the Project Governance incl. global top management approval process and overall management of project milestone management for the Automotive industry. Leading process owner of the Global Project Management Process by being the centre function to manage across departments & global companies. In parallel, acting PMO in European headquarter.

Member of the Program Management & Marketing Leaders. Responsible for the Program Management Planning & strategy incl. business/Mid Term Planning and total project management for the Automotive industry. Leading the planning group as one of the company managers at the European HQ. In charge of HQ & EU top management reporting incl. policy meeting by the centre function to manage across departments & companies. Process & policy making, Management Event are also part of my key responsibility area.

'Member of the European planning team and responsible for corporate planning and strategy which includes business planning and total project management for the Automotive Infotainment and ADAS/ECO industry. Leading planning group under direct supervision of the Vice President and working as one of the management members at the European headquarters. In charge of the HQ as well as European top management reporting including policy meeting and cross function process and policy making.

Working with Vice President & the European Management: - Manage the P&L ensuring the Domain meets proper profitability - Create and implement the fiscal financial budget - Establish and manage Pan EU process across domains and regions - Control purchasing, sales and inventories (Manage European PSI process) - Formulate mid-term expansion business plan - Establish & control pricing, target rebates and marketing expenditure - Propose and gain approval from the Board for controllable funding

Worked with MD and HQ Management: - Marketing research for Panasonic’s new business in Europe - Manage and assess suppliers’ adherence to Panasonic ethical standards (e.g. environmental & labour directives) and corporate policy - Manage corporate turnover and profit (P/L, sales forecast etc.) - Formulate annual business plan and various management reports
