I am a high-performing director with over 14 years in management, leadership, and educational training. My passion for leadership and management makes me incredibly valuable to my team and effective in the work that I do because I care deeply about doing a great job that has a significant impact on the people and the organization around me. Building relationships is one of my top priorities and my greatest professional skill. I love collaborating with my team and clients to find the best approach to solving complex problems and finding the best path forward. Putting value in connecting with others has been the main driver of my career success thus far. Furthermore, I am very reliable and independent which means I require little supervision, and I also take responsibility for my own professional development. When I am not busy with work, I focus on other personal skills especially practicing my motorbike racing hobby which requires a high level of focus.
