H2U is a specialist developer of hydrogen infrastructure solutions for sustainable mobility and renewable energy storage applications. I work in an advisory role looking after all HR and Culture related issues as well as supporting BD efforts in Europe, Africa and the US.

I have set up and lead Polyglot's global (renewable) energy and energy storage practice with teams in Australia & Asia (Sydney, Auckland) as well as EMEA (Barcelona, Berlin, Paris), the Americas (San Francisco, Toronto) and Africa (Cape Town). We help project developers, EPCM companies, financiers and OEM manufacturers to set up operations, with key appointments (recruitment and executive search), transfer project teams (visa), undertake local employment & payroll and with technical translations.

I hold full P&L responsibility for growing the Group's operations in Europe, the US and Africa.

Ich leite den Bereich Erneuerbare Energien und Infrastruktur in EMEA und APAC und bin zuständig für das Account Management aller deutsch-sprachigen und spanischen Kunden in Australien & Ozeanien. Ich arbeite seit 15 Jahren im Bereich recruitment, executive search, HR und Payroll outsourcing sowie erneuerbare Energien und carbon management in Australien, England, USA und Deutschland.

Gruendung und Leitung eines Unternehmens, das auf Rekrutierung im Erneuerbare Energie Bereich spezialisiert war.
