As a Sourcer at Meta I'm responsible for working with data and designing talent sourcing strategies which result in attracting and engaging leadership talent for Meta's Global Operations team. During my time at Meta I've had the opportunity to work across a variety of different business areas such as Software Engineering, Data Science, Product, Sales and Marketing. Alongside my day to day role, I'm also responsible for managing a fantastic team of sourcing contractors.

At Apollo Solutions I specialised in recruiting for Consultants, Developers, Architects and Administrators in the area of Microsoft technologies cross EMEA.

We Are Thomas was a specialist recruitment consultancy that primarily focused within the marketing and creative sector. We Are Thomas has since re-branded as Jefferson. I was responsible for sourcing candidates across a range of disciplines on behalf of various major marketing agencies across London and the South.

Nice Social Media was formed with small business owners in mind. I figured that small business owners, more often than not, simply did not have the time or the know how to setup and constantly manage singular or multiple social media accounts for their business, with this is mind, Nice Social Media was born.

During my time at SW1 Lighting & Electrical Ltd, I was made responsible for all the day to day admin duties in the office on a full time basis, this included taking all calls, booking in work, organising the diary, invoicing and also put in charge of creating and constantly managing the companies Facebook and Twitter accounts.
