Directed team of 35 technical architects across 7 countries to deliver complete Digital Workplace solutions, service costing and financial/risk assessments, transition & transformation planning, and contract negotiations. Won and closed largest DXC deal of any kind (TCV $240 mil.) across Europe during fiscal year 2018.

T&T Executive for the largest account in Germany, a €100 bil. insurance firm (with TCV €110 mil). Led the takeover of 24/7 help desk services for 35,000 customers in 22 countries. Following that transition, led the transformation to a digital service management model based on ServiceNow, plus introduction of secure virtual desktop service for 9,000 clients.

- Led the premier implementation of a new IT services toolset for the largest customer in the U.S.A. (financial services industry with TCV $700 mil.). From customer perspective, the rollout addressed critical, high availability systems for S&P Ratings Services and the Dow Jones Indices. - Led T&T scope on proposals for largest Data Center bids in Europe. Led proposal team in developing takeover and migration plans, finance and risk assessment, and customer presentations & negotiations.

Led the global transformation of Data Center services for Siemens AG. Program was a massive, complete modernization of infrastructure and IT services: scope included 20,000 servers, 285 SAP systems processing €5.5 bil. in orders yearly, 4PB total storage, and applications for external customers that handle over 120 mil. pageviews per month. Led team of 100+ program resources and contractors across 22 countries over 3 year time frame.

Leadership Team in Siemens Management Consulting (SMC), in New York and Munich: - For Siemens IT, benchmarked €3 bil. operating cost base vs. competitors and market. Launched cost reduction program with net €80 mil. impact in 12 months. - For Siemens Corp Strategy, assessed Siemens post-merger integration financial success vs top-line and cost targets at deal close. Benchmarked against private equity, then redesigned financial models and updated Siemens PMI Methodology.

Led management consulting engagements across Europe: - For private equity, led market due diligence for acquisition of €1 billion utilities measurement company. Assessed potential of smart meter product portfolio and market growth. Led investor meeting for “NewCo” strategic plan. - For a leading European healthcare firm, redesigned and transformed the IT organization. Restructured management matrix, built offshore (and new onshore!) capabilities for a new global IT operating model.

Management Consulting internship with PRTM: For the #2 global satellite telecommunications company, conducted review of program launching low-earth-orbit satellites and establishing satellite phone service (with first successful sat-link call). Assessed program critical path delays; implemented new management approach with status/performance reporting (by function point) to get software development teams back on time.
