Being a pioneer on the position includes a tight and shaped conversation flow with the my manager at the HQ in Austria. A parts of my job is to get an overview of the german market and share my experiences within the company. One of my goals is to bring the brand awareness into the stores and educated the staff within the range of products they sell.

A big part of my task is to connect to potential ambassadors and be the relationship manager and first respond for all their needs. Also the onboarding process and framework around it was part of it. Working in the Showroom gives me lots of positive energy through which I could develop my passion and strength in community work, event management and connecting people. I was a part of the Instagram team for the german account.

Parts of my task is to set the groundwork for my manager. That maintains a strong marketing strategy, elaboration an execution of the company vision&goals and to scale the needed information for the showroom staff. An important part on my weekly to-do-list is to interpret the P&L status of our performance in Munich and to present the numbers and goals within the weekly call. I have to overview the sales number, the ambassadors, the staff and the trends in the sports markt.

I was a visual merchandiser for the international sports brand Peak Performance. Working for Peak Performance gave me lots of positive energy through which I could develop my passion and strength in community work, visual merchandising, event management and connecting people. While working for Peak Performance in Germany, Austria and Switzerland I had the opportunity to work with franchise partner, retailers and shop in shop systems.
