I am a Ph. D candidate in Inorganic Chemistry, supervised by Prof. C. Felser (Max Planck Institute Chemical Physics of Solids, Dresden) and Jeffery G. Snyder (California Institute of Technology). My research interests broadly encompass materials for renewable energy applications. My Ph.D is at the interface of Chemistry and Materials Science.

Analysis and modeling of thermal and electronic transport to explain and predict transport data of semiconducting half Heusler compounds used for high temperature applications.

Research focus on semiconducting half Heusler compounds for thermoelectric power generation. Investigation and modeling of their high temperature transport properties using Hall effect measurements, Seebeck coefficient and laser flash techniques.

Organization of the daily laboratory routine and supervision of students in Chemistry.

Synthesis and investigation of air sensitive intermetallics for solar cell applications.
