Responsibility for the full Recruitment Process for DfT’s Rail Executive, from Strategy meetings through to on boarding of new employees – To Incorporate Strategy Meetings, Workforce Planning, Pay Flex Discussions, Arranging Interviews and Attending Assessments, Wash up sessions and Offer Management Specifically manage multiple recruitment campaigns (minimum 25 at any one time) including Senior Manager level, Technical and high volume campaigns

 Identify, plan and deliver strategic recruitment projects that will help improve talent acquisition within the business covering Greater China, Middle East and Corporate functions in the UK, to incorporate a direct sourcing model and graduate assessment centre.  In conjunction with the Internal Communication team, develop and implement our employer brand in relation to recruitment & Implement direct sourcing strategies to reduce cost per hire, reduce time to hire and enhance our employer brand
