Responsible for creating & implementing lean improvement plans across three key areas; people, products and processes as well as defining both business unit and stream sales strategies to ensure consistent over achievement of budgets and growth targets.

Responsible for leading and managing the Assessment & Certification field sales teams across the UK & Ireland with consists of 11 direct and 3 indirect reports. Specifically recruited to implement a defined multi stream sales strategy and training plan to ensure profitable growth is achieved in line with BSI's vision.
